Our Soul Seasoned™ candles are hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. To ensure a safe, clean and long-lasting burn, please follow the guidance below.

FIRST BURN
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel on the first burn. This helps prevent tunnelling and supports an even burn throughout the life of the candle. For most candles, this takes approximately 2–3 hours depending on size. Do not exceed 4 hours in a single burn.

WICK CARE
Trim the wick to approximately 5–6mm before each use. A trimmed wick promotes a steady flame, reduces soot, and supports a cleaner, safer burn.

FLAME HEIGHT
If the flame becomes excessively high or begins to flicker heavily, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, trim the wick and relight.

BURN TIME
Do not burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool and fully solidify before relighting.

DECORATIVE & FILLED CANDLES
Some Soul Seasoned candles, particularly decorative or limited-edition designs where wax may sit slightly above the height of the vessel, may produce excess melt during burning. As a precaution, we recommend placing these candles on a suitable heat-resistant candle plate or tray to protect surrounding surfaces.

SAFE PLACEMENT
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains and flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not move the candle while burning or while the wax is hot.

VESSEL HEAT
The container may become hot during use. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.

KEEP THE WAX CLEAN
Keep the melted wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris. Foreign materials may affect burn performance and safety.

WHEN TO STOP
Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Burning beyond this point may cause the container to overheat.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve fragrance quality.
