We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Queensland).

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and delivery location. Orders are dispatched via reputable Australian shipping carriers.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Soul Seasoned is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Risk in Transit

Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are dispatched to the nominated shipping carrier, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

While we take care in packaging and dispatching orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Delays and Lost Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@soulseasoned.com and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control do not entitle a customer to compensation, cancellation or refund, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Any product issues will be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
