White Sage has been traditionally used within sacred rituals and cleansing ceremonies for generations. Revered for its grounding and purifying qualities, the aromatic smoke is often used to refresh the energy within a space, create a sense of calm and clarity, and support intentional moments of reflection and reset.

Each smudge stick is hand tied using natural White Sage leaves and thoughtfully prepared for ritual use.

How To Use

Light the tip of the smudge stick and allow it to burn briefly before gently blowing out the flame, allowing the sage to softly smoulder. Move the smoke throughout your home, around doorways, corners, objects, or gently around the body while setting an intention for grounding, protection, renewal, or energetic clearing.

To extinguish, gently press the lit end into a fireproof dish or container filled with sand or another non flammable material until all smoke has ceased. Always ensure the smudge stick is fully extinguished after use.
