At Soul Seasoned, our products are created with care, intention and attention to detail. We take pride in the quality of everything we offer and operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and the failure is not major, we will provide a repair or replacement as required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Variations

As many of our products are handcrafted or produced in small batches, natural variations in colour, finish, texture, sizing, fragrance or appearance may occur. Sensory characteristics such as scent or texture may be experienced differently from person to person.

These variations reflect the individual nature of each item and do not constitute a fault.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Following assessment, where a product is determined to not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.

Products that have been misused, improperly stored, altered, or not used in accordance with provided care or safety instructions will not be considered faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a confirmed fault or error on our part, Soul Seasoned will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
