How To Use
Light the end of the Palo Santo stick and allow it to burn for approximately 30 to 60 seconds before gently blowing out the flame, allowing the wood to softly smoulder. Move the smoke throughout your home, around doorways, corners, or areas you wish to energetically clear while setting an intention for grounding, clarity, protection, or positive energy. Palo Santo is also commonly used within spiritual practices to support energetic cleansing and grounding during meditation, reflection, or ritual practices.
